An Act to include renewable energy in community preservation.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Paragraph (2) of subsection (b) of section 5 of chapter 44B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 39 after the words �community housing;� the following:- for the acquisition, purchase, installation, and maintenance of alternative or renewable energy generation projects on municipally-owned land;
