An Act relative to senior property tax residence relief.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Paragraph (3) of said subsection (k) of section 6 of said chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out subparagraph (ii) and inserting in place thereof the following subparagraph:—
(ii) the assessed valuation of the residence does not exceed $750,000.
