An Act relative to the "circuit breaker" property tax
credit for seniors.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Paragraph (3) of said subsection (k) of section 6 of said chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out subparagraph (ii).
