An Act relative to creditable service for municipal officials.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended in paragraph (o) subdivision (1) by striking out the following words:-
��; provided, however, that the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to any member first elected on or after January 1, 1986�
