An Act to include county correctional case workers and social
workers in group 4 for retirement purposes.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Clause (g) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 official edition, is amended in line 297 by inserting after the words �assistant deputy superintendent� the following words �, case worker, social worker�.
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
