An Act providing for the retirement of all municipal employees.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION
1. Chapter 32 of the General Laws is amended by adding the following:�
Notwithstanding any general or special laws to the contrary all municipal state
employees may opt to retire with a superannuation allowance equal to fifty
percent of his or her salary, fifty-five years of age and twenty-five years of
service. It must be accepted by local option.
