An Act relative to home improvement contractor registration.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.� Section 15 of chapter 142A of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 2, after the word �administrator� the following words:- or his designee.
SECTION 2.� Section 15 of chapter 142A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words �upon recommendation by the advisory board�.
SECTION 3.� Section 15 of chapter 142A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 3-4, the words �procedures and on the grounds set forth in section eleven� and inserting in place thereof the following words:- in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A.
