An Act relative to the conversion of group life policies.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word �policy� in line 47 the following:� including a term policy.
SECTION 2. Section 134 of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words �except a term policy� in lines 46 and 47.
