An Act to assist seafood processors.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 12 of Chapter 23G of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end the following subsection:-
�(d) provide financial assistance in the form of low-interest loans to seafood processors for cash flow issues relative to high municipal water and sewer rates�.
