An Act further regulating certain insurance premiums.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary all insurance premium rates for accident and sickness insurance and long term care insurance shall not increase more than 4 per cent annually. ���
