An Act relative to the Groundwater survey program .
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� Section 9b �of Chapter 21� of the General laws as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 2� after the clause, ending with the word � institutions� the following clause,� �areas in which a final survey� would� evaluate impacts of mining operations or serve to make hydro- geological recommendations� for� surface mining closure plans and post mining land use�.
