An Act regarding the Care of Wildlife by Nonprofit Organizations.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 4 of Chapter 131 of the Massachusetts General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection 13 the following:
Allow nonprofit organizations that are licensed by the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife to provide wildlife medicine and/or rehabilitation, charge a reasonable fee or to require a minimum donation from individuals or organization seeking medical care and/or rehabilitation of wild animals brought to said facility.
