An Act relative to the pollution of water by certain toxic
chemicals.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 39G of chapter 40 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in line 7 after the word “inclusive,” the following:-
“or uses perchlorate in any process that involves dumping into a water source that is eventually used to furnish potable water to a community,”
