An Act relative to the pollution of water by certain toxic
chemicals.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 39G of chapter 40 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in line 7 after the word �inclusive,� the following:-
�or uses perchlorate in any process that involves dumping into a water source that is eventually used to furnish potable water to a community,�
