An Act relative to Title V approval.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.� Section 13 of chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 23 the word �and�.

SECTION 2.� Section section 13 of chapter 21A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting, in line 26, after the word �grantor� the following:-

�; and (5) where the installation of such a system has occurred within the previous three year�
