An Act expanding the powers of the director of Fisheries and
Wildlife.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
����������� Chapter 131, Section 4 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding a further sentence to paragraph (2) the following phrase:�
����������� This provision may be exercised Monday through Sunday as a power of the Director or when ordered by the Fisheries and Wildlife Board to control or manage wildlife.
SECTION 2: Section 57 of Chapter 131 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.������
