An Act relative to Morey's Bridge Dam in Taunton.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 253 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after Section 1, the following section:-
SECTION 2.� The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs in conjunction with the Division of Environmental Protection and the Department of Conservation and Recreation, shall construct a state of the art operational dam at Morey�s Bridge dam, Bay Street, Taunton, in order to preserve Sabbatia Lake and Mill River in their previous state as recreational resources for the citizens of the Commonwealth.
