An Act further regulating the Pesticide Control Act.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 132B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after Section 6E, the following new section:—
Section 6EE. If a school administration, day care center operator, or school age child care program operator determines its facilities do not experience vermin pest infestations in the present or past, and do not take pest management measures beyond routine and normal maintenance and cleaning, they may elect to opt out of the provisions of sections 6C through 6E, inclusive, of this chapter.
