An Act Relative to special education.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.
Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended in Section 38Q by inserting after the word: �frameworks�, the words: - and the development and implementation of portfolio assessments and the development of individual learning plans.
Section 2.� Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended in Section 38G at line 276 by inserting after the word �skills� in the fourth line, the following:- and the development and implementation of portfolio assessments and the development and implementation of individual learning plans.
