              An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Education to make an investigation and study of certain House documents concerning education issues (House, No. 4829).


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Ordered, That, An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Education be authorized to make an investigation and study of current House documents numbered 345,  346,  348,  349,  353,  358,  360,  362,  368,  372,  373,  380,  381,  382,  383,  386,  387,  390,  392,  393,  394,  401,  405,  416,  417,  418,  426,  427,  429,  430,  433,  434,  435,  438,  441,  445,  450,  451,  458,  459,  460,  461,  465,  469,  479,  484,  490,  491,  500,  504,  505,  506,  507,  508,  516,  517,  519,  522,  641,  3413,  3431,  3432,  3660,  3803,  3875,  3877,  3878,  4077,  4078,  4163 and  4166, relative to education issues.

              Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study, and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before the last Wednesday of December, Two Thousand and Ten.
