An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities to make an investigation and study of certain House documents concerning Office for Children, Department of Transitional Assistance, the Office of Child Care
Services, day care centers and other related matters.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Ordered , the c ommittee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities be authorized to sit during the recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents number 112, 121, 157, 158 and 167 .
Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study, and its recommendations. If any, together with any draft of legislation necessary to carry out such recommendation into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representative on or before the last Wednesday of December, 2010.
