An Act to preserve historic markers.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. There shall be appropriated a specified amount of not more than $200,000 for the Massachusetts Highway Department to pick-up, repaint, repair and refurbish the black upright markers at historic places installed pursuant to chapter 10 of the resolves of 1930.
