An Act relative to farmers' markets.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.� Section 2E of chapter 128 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word �farm�, in lines 1, 2, and 8, the following words:- or farmer�s market.
����������� SECTION 2.� Said section 2E of said chapter 128, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 16, the words �this farm� and inserting in place thereof the following words:- a farm or farmer�s market.
