An Act relative to the sale of motor vehicles.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. .� Chapter 255B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after section 18 the following:-
����������� Section 18A.� A retail seller shall not charge a retail buyer any amount in excess of the finance charge set by a sales finance company.
