An Act to combat drug addiction among urban youth. .
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� Three percent (3%) of the proceeds from the sales of former state hospital property shall be dedicated to the operation of a drug detoxification and treatment facility targeted to serving teens and young adults, to be operated by the Commonwealth at a suitable facility in some location outside of the Greater Boston area.
