An Act for Equity for School Principals.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 41 of chapter 71 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 16 and 17, the words “have the opportunity to”.
SECTION 2: Said section 41 of said chapter 71 is further amended by striking out, in line 32, the word “good” and inserting in place thereof the following word: “just”.
