An Act relative to notification by the registry of motor vehicles.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 8D of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-The registrar shall cause a notice of license renewal to be sent to each person licensed to operate a motor vehicle under this chapter no less than 45 days prior to the expiration of the license to allow sufficient time for renewal of the operator�s license.
