An Act Relative to Comprehensive Zoning Permits in Cities and
Towns..
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The first sentence of section 22 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following:- provided, however, an applicant shall have no right to such an appeal from a board of a city of town having greater than five percent of low or moderate income housing units until such time as all cities and towns have five percent or greater of such units.�����������
