An Act Further Encouraging the Deleading of Residential Units.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.��� Subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words �one thousand five hundred dollars per dwelling unit� and inserting in place thereof, the words: �three thousand dollars per dwelling unit�.
SECTION 2.��� Said subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking the words �five hundred per dwelling unit� and inserting in place thereof the words: �one thousand dollars per dwelling unit�.
