An Act to authorize the Department of Food and Agriculture to expend a certain sum of money for integrated pest management and control of invasive plants.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            The Department of Agricultural Resources may expend an amount not to exceed $400,000 from additional fees paid on the pesticide licenses as described in Ch. 132B for integrated pest management and control of invasive plants.
