An Act relative to inland fisheries and game licenses.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.� Section 11 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word �retarded�, in line 38, the following:- No fee shall be charged for a license issued under this paragraph to a disabled veteran with a 40 percent or greater service-connected disability.
