An Act relative to expired driver's license.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.� Section 10 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
����������� Notwithstanding the above, a person stopped and found to be driving with an expired license shall be given 7 days to review the license and upon renewal the charge shall be voided.
