An Act relative to the law of the road and bicyclists.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 9 of chapter 89 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the sixth paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following:-
For the purposes of this section the word, �vehicle�, shall include:
1)� a motor vehicle as defined in Chapter 90, �1;
2)� a trackless trolley; and
2)� a bicycle regulated under Chapter 85 �11B.
