An Act To increase the safety of snow removing vehicles.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 80 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the section 6 the following section:---

SECTION 6A � All snow or ice removal vehicles with a plow must have a reflective device on each corner of the plow.
