An Act eliminating transit fares for certain members of the armed
services and their dependents.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� No public transportation authority shall charge a fare for any member of the armed services or any dependent of such member while such member is on active service during the duration of America�s War on Terrorism. Each such authority shall establish rules and procedures to carry out the purposes of this act.
