An Act relative to the Massachusetts Aeronautics Commission Capital
Expenditure Program.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the Massachusetts Airport Commission (MAC) is hereby authorized to �roll-over� unspent Capital Expenditure Program dollars from year-to-year, consistent with the practice for other state transportation entities.
