An Act relative to precautions at railroad crossings.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 15 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “school bus”, the following words:— in lines 39 and 65, respectively, or any other motor vehicle which is used for the transportation of school pupils and personnel to and from school or school-related events,.
