An Act Relative To Distinctive Bronze Star Motor Vehicle Plates.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1. The 17th paragraph of section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

            Notwithstanding the preceding, a person on active duty, drilling reservists and national guard personnel who has received the Bronze Star shall be entitled to be issued a plate with a distinctive emblem affixed thereto signifying his receipt of the Bronze Star.
