An Act relative to naming "The Road to Boston" in memory
of Benny Emerick.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any rule or regulation of the department of highways to the contrary, a portion of Route 16 in Uxbridge shall be designated and known as Benny Emerick�s �Road to Boston�� The department of highways shall erect suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department and any existing historic preservation guidelines or statutes.
