An Act relative to changes of rates and scheduling changes by commuter boats.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Any commuter boat that receives a subsidy must hold a public hearing before any changes are made in scheduling and or rates.���
