An Act relative to the transporting of persons in wheelchairs.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 7CC the following section:�
Section 7DD. In any vehicle transporting persons in wheelchairs, the wheelchairs shall be facing forward. Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of $100.
