An Act requiring cities and towns be prohibited from adopting rules
and regulations banning the use of motorcycles on public ways.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:�
No city or town shall adopt an ordinance, by-law or rule or regulation banning the use of motorcycles on any public way.
