An Act amending the protection of a municipal lighting plants trade
secrets and other proprietary information.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 47D of Chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the word �proceedings� in line 5 and inserting in place thereof the words �transactions, including those for telecommunications purposes.������������
