An Act to Consolidate the Massachusetts Identification Card and the
Liquor Purchase Identification Card.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.� Section 34B of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the second paragraph in line 13 after the words �chapter ninety� the following words:
�or an identification card issued pursuant to section 8E of chapter ninety�
And by inserting in the same paragraph in line 23 after the words �section eight� the following words:
�or identification card issued pursuant to said section 8E,�
