An Act relative to taping and broadcasting legislative committee
hearings.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.� Chapter 3 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 37 the following section:-
����������� Section 37A.� All committee hearings shall be videotaped and made available to community access cable networks for public viewing on public television or local access cable.
SECTION 2.� Section 11A of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 16 and 17 the words �the general court or the committees or recess commissions thereof or�
