An Act relative to legislative conduct.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1. Chapter 268B of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 4 the following section:-

Section 4A. A member of the general court who holds a leadership position or chairmanship who is fined under section 4 shall immediately forfeit such position or chairmanship.
