An Act Providing a Motor Vehicle Excise Exemption for Certain Members of the Military.




��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

����������� SECTION 1.� A member of the Military forces of the United States who is serving in an area designated by the President of the United States by Executive order as a �combat zone� shall be exempt from the payment of motor vehicle excise imposed by Chapter 60A of the General Laws for any motor vehicle he has owned for 1 year or more.�
