An Act to Increase the Medical Exemption for Taxpayers.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Subsection (4) of subparagraph (b) of paragraph (B) of section 3 of chapter 62 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 237 through 238, the words �; provided, however, that� and inserting in place thereof the word:-
