An Act relative to the imposition of special taxes on public
employees.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding after section 71the following new section:-
Section 72.� The Commonwealth shall not impose any special fees or taxes upon state employees to fund capital improvements.
