An Act relative to property tax abatements.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2D of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word �estate�, in line 37, the following words:- �excluding the value of any land associated with the real estate.�
