An Act making municipalities eligible for certain licenses for the
sale of motor vehicles. .

it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 58 of Chapter 140, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word �vehicles� in the first line of the section labeled �Class 2� the following:�
or any municipality or subdivision thereof
